Pricing
Except where noted otherwise, the price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself. Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars unless otherwise noted.

Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your order, money will be refunded ONLY IF notice is received by Sweet Petals 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 25% of the total order value. We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and are with our courier for delivery.

Substitution Policy
Sweet  Petals reserve the right to make fair and reasonable substitutions according to the practical availability of specific containers and wrappers. every effort will be made to create an arrangement of the shape, size and colour and using any  varieties specified, according to the order description. Specific types may be indicated on the order, by actual description.
In the case where a specific container, wrapper type or colour is unavailable within the given time frame of delivery, substitutions may be made within the arrangement to achieve the same overall shape, style and colour effect and to ensure that the order is delivered on time.
