What are my payment options?
We accept MasterCard, Visa and Paypal. For those who wish to pay by cheque or money order, please contact Sweet Petals.

What is the deadline for placing an order?
Orders need to be placed before 12noon for next day delivery. Same day delivery rates are higher than the standard delivery charge. Contact Sweet Petals for more info. Online orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the Monday and delivered next business day.

Does the price include GST?
yes.

Can you give a specific time for delivery?
Unfortunately we can't give a specific time.

Are you open Sundays and Public Holidays?
We are closed on Sundays and public holidays but we can deliver before or after on a business day.

Can I make a change to my order?
Depends on the stage where your order is at. Contact Sweet Petals ASAP for any change.

How long can a bouquet be kept?
Three months given that its kept in a cooler area.

What if nobody is available to receive the bouquet?
Courier will bring the bouquet back to Sweet Petals. If you need it delivered you will be charged a second delivery fee.
