Order Terms

All orders placed by 12noon AEST will be shipped that day(*). All other orders will be dispatched that day for delivery to their destination. Time required for delivery is dependant on location and is outlined in shipping & freight.
(*) Excluding Christmas orders - see below.
* Special instructions are welcome and specific dates that you would like your gift to be delivered can be accommodated within courier guidelines and delivery outside of weekends.
* Please note orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays will be shipped the next business working day. For e.g. If you placed your order for delivery to Sydney on Friday at 4.00pm, your order will be dispatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday (Sydney Metro)

Courier companies have their own guidelines and parameters and we must abide by the information they give us. We use highly reputable courier companies and we will make every effort to deliver our products on your nominated delivery date, however occasionally delays are experienced which are out of our control. We do not accept responsibility for these unforeseen circumstance and delivery charges are non-refundable.

Christmas Deliveries
Christmas is a very busy period. Please allow 3-4 days for shipping of orders placed on the site. Our team is handling 10 times the amount of gifts your early ordering and patience is greatly appreciated.

Specific Delivery Dates
Specific dates that you would like the gift to be delivered can be accommodated, however as we use a third party courier company for delivery service their maybe delays on rare occasions.

There is no Sunday/or Public Holiday delivery anywhere in Australia.

All Shipping cost are per box only. If Items chosen do not fit a standard Sweet Petals box, Sweet Petals will contact  you for further payment if additional boxes are required.

Payment
Our secure payment system encrypts your credit card number prior to transmission over the Internet using secure socket layer (SSL) encryption technology. You should see a padlock in you browser status bar which indicates that the encryption is taking place.
